Annual Certifications
ConocoPhillips has filed the annual certifications required by Rule 13a-14(a)/15d-14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as exhibits 31.1 and 31.2 to ConocoPhillips’ Annual Report on Form 10-K, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
