Annual CertificationsConocoPhillips has filed the annual certifications required by Rule 13a-14(a)/15d-14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as exhibits 31.1 and 31.2 to ConocoPhillips’ Annual Report on Form 10-K, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, in 2005, Mr. J.J. Mulva, chief executive officer, submitted an annual certification to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) stating that he was not aware of any violation of the NYSE corporate governance listing standards by the company.
